Frequently asked questions
Does the other person need the Linkz app?
No. Your page opens in their normal browser. They need internet to load it. The NFC tag works with compatible phones, and the QR code provides a camera-scanning option.
How do they save my details?
They choose Save contact on your page, then confirm the save using their phone's contact-card flow. Your name, business, phone, email and website come from your profile details.
Do saved contacts update automatically?
No. An imported contact is a snapshot. Editing your Linkz page changes what visitors see next time they open it, but does not rewrite contacts already stored in someone's phone.
Can I put one on my keys and one on my handbag?
Yes, if the bag has a suitable accessible ring or loop. The $99 pair contains two matching tags for the same business page. Bags and extra attachment accessories are not included.
Is there a monthly subscription?
No. One tag is $89 or two matching tags are $99, with your page, setup, editing access, activity statistics and tracked Australian delivery included. Any external booking or signup service has its own terms and fees.
