We manufacture and test every Linkz tag here on the Gold Coast. We back the finished product ourselves, so you are not left chasing a marketplace seller if something is not right.
30-day money-back guarantee
If Linkz is not right for you, email us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method, with no handling fee.
We may ask you to return the tags and, if we do, we will cover standard return postage.
Free replacement for one year
If a tag stops tapping or scanning, cracks, or separates during normal everyday use within 12 months of delivery, we will manufacture and post a replacement free of charge.
This extra promise does not cover a lost or stolen tag, deliberate damage, pet damage, extreme heat or chemical exposure, or cosmetic wear that does not stop the tag working.
How to make a claim
Email your order name, the email used at checkout and a short explanation of what happened to mark@spraymedia.com.au. A photo or short video helps us sort replacements quickly. You can also call Mark on 0439 979 444.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights
Our 30-day and one-year promises are additional to your automatic rights under the Australian Consumer Law. They do not limit or replace those rights.
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled:
- to cancel your service contract with us; and
- to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value.
You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods.
If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion.
