Before you order
What do I have to set up?
Nothing. Your tag arrives working. From your business name and delivery address we find your Google Business Profile, set your review button, and add your website and socials. Your page is live before the tag lands, so you can be collecting reviews the day it arrives. If we cannot find your profile we email you before printing. Add or change anything later from your login.
Does Linkz work with iPhone and Android?
Yes. iPhones from the XR onwards and most Android phones read the NFC chip with a tap, no app needed. Every phone with a camera can scan the QR code on the back. Both open the same Linkz page.
Do my customers need an app?
No. A tap or scan opens your page in their normal browser. There is nothing to install for you or for them.
What do you need from me to build my page?
Your business name is enough. We look up your Google profile, website and socials ourselves. If you have a booking page or a link we would not find, paste it in the website box at checkout, or add it later from your login.
How long until my tag arrives?
We print and test your tag on the Gold Coast within 24 to 48 hours of your order, then send it free with tracked Australia Post. You get the tracking number by email.
Can I change my links later?
Yes, as often as you like and at no cost. Log in from any phone or computer, edit your buttons, and every tag you own points at the new version straight away.
What if I lose my tag?
Your page keeps working. Email us and we will print a replacement tag pointed at the same page. Faults during normal use are replaced free for a year; a lost tag is a paid replacement.
Can I order more than two tags?
Yes. The online order covers one or two matching tags. For a team or a bulk order, email mark@spraymedia.com.au and we will sort out pricing and colours.
Is there really no subscription?
Really. You pay once for the tag. Your page, login, stats and every standard feature stay included. You only pay again if you choose to buy more physical tags.
